Proudly introducing the largest of our wholecrop headers, the new QC 640 has been designed for large scale operations whilst maintaining the simplicity throughout the Quickcut range.

This is the original Quickcut model, refined over the years to produce a wholecrop header used around the world in a wide range of crops from short green grass to 3 metre high milo.  Now with a stainless steel bed, enhanced driveline protection and a floating auger all come as standard in 2010.

Built with the farmer or smaller contractor in mind, the QC 400 was a highly capable yet economic wholecrop header. With a 4 meter cutting width, it can gave remarkable outputs for its size in all crop conditions, capable of harvesting 5-6 acres per hour. The New Genisis II QC4010 model introduced at LAMMA 2020  takes this machine forward to the next level of performance and reliability with similar features to the larger machines in the Quickcut range and some brand new ones. New features include a much larger (+50% increase) diameter feed auger at 830mm, also included is a much easier interchangeable sprocket system to give a minimum 4 speeds adjustments for differing crop conditions.

The Quickcut Marangon MDR6014 is a high capacity wholecrop header for both normal farm cropping requirements and energy crops. Development began in 2007 and the 6014 has been on the market since 2010 operating all over the world in every kind of crop and from the shortest to the tallest, with both large scale farmers and contracting operations. The unique Marangon disc bed with its trade mark round discs (for even drive load) and transmission completely eliminates chains and belts for a reliable and totally shaft driven system, and the large diameter (800mm) floating feed auger conveys the crop whatever the condition quickly and with an even feed to the forager harvesters chopping drum for smooth operation.

The FOLDBAR from Quickcut & Marangon offers a unique folding system allowing users to transform from cutting to road transport in seconds, speeding up operations where frequent movement between fields is required where conventional fixed width headers have to be removed and transported separately. The FOLDBAR is a high output wholecrop header like its stable mates but with the ability to fold or unfold and be ready for work in less than a minute, saving valuable time to increase cutting time and minimise wasted transport time.
