The machine, like most of the inter-row machines produced by the company, is very versatile and can be used on different types of carryng frame or in other special conditions.

Suitable in all kinds of vineyards, including older plantations, perfectly eliminating infesting grasses and loosening up the soil thanks to the extraordinary versatility of its movements. It is possible to adjust the inclination of the rotors and their depth of penetration, and it is also possible to quickly move sideways on chromium-plated bars, all directly from the tractor.

This equipment is used to remove shoots from the trunk or main arms of the vine, acting simultaneously as a “natural weed killer”, freeing the area between the rows of vines from infesting grasses. The operation of vine shoot elimination is carried on using a special nylon cord which is both strong and long lasting, held by two coaxial shafts.

It is a fast and specific machine to use even where there are small cutting or small plants. By means of its particular automation controlled by an electro-hydraulic feeler, the displacement is sensitive and precise when machining around the log. It is however possible to recall the machine when there are particular conditions of root or non-homogeneous or staggered plants with respect to the row.

The electro-hydraulic chain-driven mower is designed to cut grass and small shrubs in the inter-row. The machine can be applied to other equipment such as flail mowers, as well as to RCM’s multi-purpose frames.

The Brush cutter for vineyard is designed for multiple uses in the vineyard to solve more quickly and precisely machining in inter-row areas, for cutting the grass and to remove the side-shoots. The methodology of construction of this machine determines the wide versatility of use. In fact, it is possible to interchange the work rolls, adjust inclination and possibly use a displacement in correspondence of the plants by means of a feeler. It can be used both as a traditional tipping machine or brushcutter as a last generation (to strim with long wires to make work with the portion of the wires adjacent to the roller).

The machine has been designed to undermine or tuck the vineyard to restore the land in the area under the vine to make sure that, as a result of working and bad weather, the vines do not lose large amounts of land near the stump. The machine, applied to the rear carryng frame, can be tilted considerably to be able to work even in conditions of slopes particularly hostile. The disc can be rotated about 190 degrees, thanks to a rack and pinion mechanism that allows you to place it in the shade best suited to the type of work you want to do.
