Three point mounted sprayers with axial flow blower housings.  Available in 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 gallon sizes.  The 50 gallon is available with a 24" fan while the 75-200 gallon units can be fitted with a 24", 28", 32" or 36" fan.  The 75-200 gallon units feature a heavy tubular framework with a two speed fan gearbox. 

A versatile trailer type sprayer with axial flow blower housing.  Units are available in 75-600 gallon sizes.  Fan diameter options include 24", 28", 32", and 36".  Built on a rugged 5" channel frame.

Our high end air blast sprayer series.  Each with a 33" or 38" stainless steel fan housing on a heavy duty tubular frame.  300 through 1200 gallon tank sizes are available.  We manufacture many of the components for these ourselves including the pump, fan housing, fan, fan gearbox, liquid strainer and CV hitch.  

For our vineyard, orchard and Hop yard customers Rears has a cabinet type air plenum option in place of the standard Powerblast fan housing.  The plenum evenly distribues air vertically for release in tighter plantings or where overhead drift is not desirable. This is a high end air blast sprayer using many components Rears itself manufactures.  The pump, fan, fan housing, fan gearbox, liquid strainer and CV turning hitch are all made in our plant.

The Rear`s Duster is used to apply sulfur or other dry matter to vine crops. The stainless steel hopper is capable of holding 300 pounds of material. Hydraulics drive both the finger type material agitation and the feeding auger. Dust is fed to the high velocity air stream and out the variable direction outlets. The 24" centrifugal air fan is driven by a two speed gearbox to allow adjustments for early season application.

The trellis boom was designed to be a simple vertical and horizontal spray boom to cover the small acreage vine crops of berries and grapes. One frame can be used for foliar application or weed control. The frame is easily fitted to our universal socket mounts on the Pak, Pul and Nifty Series sprayers. Because of its pipe socket design the spray widths can be easily adjusted by rotating the wing frames.

The DP boom is a light weight broadcast or strip spray boom. Wing widths can be adjusted and feature a double breakaway pivot hinge and support chain. The wing and main frame are constructed of 1-1/4" square tubing. Clamp on nozzle bodies allow center distance adjustment to suit your specific situation. Add this modular system to any of our Pak or Pul Tanks.

SPF`s are a versatile bumped housing flail used in medium duty mowing and shredding operations. Rotor and blade options make this machine capable of the widest range of jobs from grooming to rough brush processing. 

The IFA is a heavier duty bumped housing flail. This machine features a beefed up gearbox, rotor and roller bearings, belt tensioning and a thicker housing panel. Use this machine in place of the SPF model where conditions are more rugged and work duty is higher. 

A tractor three point mounted fork attachment. Use it to move pallets, bins and many other items around the yard or farm. Everyone who owns a tractor should have this tool. Our frame is constructed of hefty 2" x 4" tubing.
