The RMC-100 plasticulture mulch hole punch is equipped with spiked wheels. These spikes are located at your desired plant spacing. The hole puncher rolls over the bed to perforate the plastic mulch film before bare root or plug settings.

Maximizing productivity starts with eliminating passes across the field. Our line of three row equipment does just that. Many of our customers have experienced the decreased cost and labor that is associated with our three-row line. There are some differences with this process such as the need for a pre-bedder to form the bed ahead of the rigid layers. This is due to the fact that unlike our single row layers the three row rigid machines do not have gathering blades.

The RMC-460 comes standard with a 3-point quick hitch ready, 150 gallon poly tank, two seats, tray racks (18 trays), and one planting wheel. Standard wheel sizes are as follows: 12”, 14”, 15”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, & 60”

The disk coulters are designed to cut vines or debris in row middles and slice soil along lifting edge. The main frame is made of 4”X4” square tubing and its extra heavy lifter shanks are made with a shear bolt design. Lifter plates on under cutter blades are covered with a HDPE liner for wear protection.
