Our welded hopper cones feature a 100 percent welded, one-piece design with square tubing legs and bracing for added strength and aesthetic appeal. The seams are overlapped and fully welded on the outside, providing a smooth interior surface that prevents bolt heads from restricting flow. This design minimizes assembly work, making these hopper cones an economical choice when possible. Each hopper is painted inside and out with high-quality liquid paint. Hoppercone's welded hopper bottom cones can be fully customized to meet specific customer needs. These products are ideal for repurposing older grain bins that are no longer in use. For transportation ease, larger hopper cones can be split in half and reassembled on-site without any welding required. This also includes design features like shorter legs with bolt-on leg extensions to manage shipping height for 45-degree cones.
