Improving a tried and tested product even further is always a special challenge. Why did it work so well for the new Metrac H75? The design engineering centred fully on customer requirements. This resulted in a vehicle with an uncompromising focus on the following properties:

The new Metrac H60 offers REFORM technology at its best: special off-road chassis, hydrostatic drive and the all-wheel steering system with 5 different steering modes ensure maximum manoeuvrability and safety on any slope. The powerful and efficient Perkins common-rail diesel engine with 61 hp makes the new Metrac H60 to the perfect allrounder for all year use.

Modern Alpine rotary disc mowers have a compact design and low weight. The rotary disc mowers excel with a clean cut – even at high speeds. With working widths of up to 3 m, large acreage performance is possible.

The exceptionally lightweight twin blade mowers are particularly suitable for use with the smaller Metrac models. With a dead weight of 125 kg or more, they are the lightweight alternative to rotary disc mowers. The twin blades ensure clean and gentle cutting of forage.

The versatile Alpine rotary tedders are indispensable for forage harvesting. Mounted on a Reform Metrac, Muli or Mounty, even steep surfaces can be easily worked by machine. Attached to the 3-point rear linkage, it is easy to manoeuvre even in narrow passages. Depending on the model and operating conditions, 4- or 6-rotary tedders are suitable.

Side delivery belt rakes are ideal for swathing and gathering hay on slopes. Their compact and light-weight design delivers a very low operating weight, so they can be used in virtually all locations. The short mounting and perfect ground adjustment of the Reform angle swing lift delivers the best raking quality and excellent forage protection. Equipped with up to 14 tine arms and working widths from 2.3 to 2.7 m, the side delivery belt rakes can be individually adapted to the Metrac.

Using a flail mower is a traditional role for the maintenance of green spaces. Depending on material, different tools are used. These ensure appropriate shredding and distribution of the mowed material and therefore provide for optimum rotting. Thanks to the compact and weight-optimised design of the flail mowers, work is no problem even on steep slopes.

Sickle mowers are particularly suitable for mowing parks, sports fields, golf courses or green spaces at airports. With the different spindles,the short grass is cut and shredded very cleanly. The sickle mowers are either mechanically driven by the PTO shaft andaV-beltor have a hydraulic system and are operated hydraulically. The mowed material is either evenly distributed again by the sickle mower or extracted into a grass container by an extraction system. With a working width of up to 3.5 m, high acreage performance is guaranteed. The side panels can be folded hydraulically for transport.

Extension arm boom flail mowers are ideal for the maintenance of roadside greenery or narrow embankments. A boom with a reach of 3.5 m and a 900 mm wide mulching head means that small surfaces and embankments can be perfectly tilled. In addition, the boom can be equipped with a pruner and can therefore be used for hedge maintenance as well. The extension arm boom flail mower is driven by an on-board hydraulic system driven by a PTO. The boom arm is operated easily and conveniently via a joystick.
