WinDENDRO has been specifically designed for dendrometrists and dendrochronologists looking for a precise and efficient way to measure annual tree-ring widths and other related parameters (minimum, maximum and average density, earlywood width and more).

WinFOLIA is a computer image analysis system that accurately do morphological measurements on broad leaves. It comprises hardware for image acquisition (scanner or digital camera and accessories) and a computer program, WinFOLIA, specifically designed for leaf area, morphology and disease analysis. Different configurations are offered in function of measurements, speed, accuracy and portability.

WinCELL is an image analysis system specifically designed for wood cells analysis. It can quantify the changes in wood structure over annual rings.

WinSEEDLE is an image analysis system specifically designed for needle and seed morphology and disease analysis. WinSEEDLE is available in two different versions, Regular and Pro.

WinRHIZO is an image analysis system specifically designed for root measurement in different forms. It can do morphology (length, area, volume...), topology, architecture and color analyses. It is made of a computer program and image acquisition components that can be combined to meet different needs and budgets.

WinSCANOPYis a digital image analyser for canopy and solar radiations analysis which measures leaf area index (LAI), gap fraction, canopy openness, site factors, NDVI and much more. It works from hemispherical images taken by a digital camera and a fisheye lens or from cover images with a narrower view angle. It is available as software alone or complete system offered in different versions ranging from low cost, compact to high precision and full-featured. It can be used in the laboratory, at remote locations or in the field on ultra-portable computers which have a Windows operating system.

WinRHIZO TRON computes morphological measurements for traced roots. These measurements are calculated for each root and root segments. Total values for all roots are also available. These measurements are summarized on screen and detailed data are available in data files. You can choose which information is displayed and how it is presented (content, text size and color). Each analyzed frame has its name written in its upper left corner, over the image. You can also select which morphological information displayed in the command area (as illustrated).

WinCAM NDVI is an image analysis system which can do various types of measurements, most of them color or NDVI related (CAM = Color Area Meter). For various objects or scenes it can quantify color clusters of interest, measure objects morphology and classify objects based on color content, quantify color uniformity or aggregation, do profilometry analyses (color variation along path lines) and measure spectral vegetation indices (index such NDVI, ENDVI, EVI…),. It is available as a computer software program for Windows computers with or without camera and accessories (to hold samples and for calibration)
