The newly developed REPOROA HERDFLOW Crowd Gate is a robust gate build for large rectangular yards holding a capacity of greater than 300 cows. Like the original Reporoa High Lift Gate, it has some additional features to handle the stress and pressure large herds can impact on your cow flow into the shed. While remaining true to the first backing gate, the REPOROA HERDFLOW® Crowd gate is easy to operate, ensures maximum cow flow though your rectangular yard, strong and reliable for those large herds.

The Reporoa Herdflow High Lift Gate © is an effective addition to your yard. The strong and clever design is easy to operate, ensures maximum cow flow though your rectangular yard and it is perfect for small herds and yards less than 300 cows.

The new drive system drives on top of the "I" Beam by way of a fully supported (bearings on each side of the drive wheel) drive wheel and is locked on by way of 4 locator wheels running on each side of the "I" Beam. This upgrade eliminates de-railing and crabbing and improves traction. If additional features (yard wash, 4 WD) not present in the existing gate are required, an electrical upgrade may also be necessary  Do you currently have a pre 2014 Reporoa Highlift Gate? If so we can upgrade your existing gate to improve the performance.
