For those who don`t wish to go wireless or want save a little money and don`t mind laying cable either permanent on a temporary basis, Riverwind can sell you either system without the antennas normally included.  This will save $309 on the cost of either.  If you simply want an analog camera connected to a video cable that runs to the TV in y our home, give us a call and we`lll explain your analog options.

From 1997 to 2013, our Traditional Wireless Systems were sold with an Analog transmitter and receiver.  This non compressed method was discontinued due to the amount of interference associated with other devices.   In 2013, we switched to a digital analog model that defeated interference but degraded the video quality somewhat.  This unit was discontinued in the summer of 2019 (not by us by the manufacturer). We currently hold enough to provide warranty replacements only.  After the warranty period of our last sale, we will sell these out but we were not able to get ahold of many.  If you have either, your system can be moved over into our High Def Wireless System and utilize your analog cameras and cables. This will not be HD but it will clear up the image you are used to considerably. It will also give you full camera control rather than a switcher.

We only use AVE (American Video Equipment) switchers.  They ware spec`d for use by the US Military and work well in a dusty barn.  This switching unit allows you to take the video from multiple cameras and combine them into a single output that rotates between all or selected cameras. This setup allows multiple cameras to operate on a single transmitter and receiver.  Rotation speed is adjustable from .5 to 20 seconds per camera.  These were used in our discontinued Traditional system.  We usually have 4`s in stock and can order 8`s on a drop ship from the manufacturer.
