The FPK 88 Vertical Form Fill and Seal machine incorporates the latest in FFS technology, its design allows for continuous bag production as there are no interruptions whilst dosing. The 88 also seals the bag as the film is moving. This combination increases throughput dramatically, making it the fastest Form Fill and seal system in the RMGroup range with an output of 40 bags per minute. The FPK88 can work with several types of products such as wood pellets, pet food, cereal, pasta, flour, sand, aggregates, chemical fertilizers, organic fertilizers, soils and plastics to name just a few.

RMGroup have a range of manual bagging machines available for hire. Customers are encouraged to `Try before they buy` in order to determine which system is most suitable for their product and throughput requirements.

Our fully automated form, fill and seal portable packaging system, the LTF800. Our idea for the mobile bagger was born when we realised that there was a demand to bag product from source. Our customers wanted to reduce the cost of transporting product to bagging plants, they needed a robust packaging system that was also versatile enough to cope with rugged terrain, a mobile system that could be transported to various bagging sites and could be set up to bag product within an hour.

Also included in the mobile bagging range is our contained manual bagging line complete with ABB robot palletising system. Ideal for customers with limited site space for fixed installations, and those looking for a more permanent fixture . Depending on your product and operator, you can reach throughputs of up to 600 25Kg bags an hour with this semi-autaometd system.

The LTF 1000 was the first of the mobile bagging series. It includes FPK 48 Form, fill and seal bagging machine and Fuji Ace robot palletising system. The LTF 1000 is split into three atriculated trailers. In the 1st trailer we built the in-feed hopper and conveyor, the 2nd trailer houses the form, fill, seal bagger and Fuji Ace robot palletisng system. We transfered the pallet out into a third trailer which accumulates a total of 5 filled pallets on powered pallet conveying. Theres also plenty of room for your generator and spare film in the 3rd trailer. All three trailers make this line easy to transport and relocate as everything is fixed to each unit.
