Continuous merger ROC RT 1220 is the biggest merger in the world and it represents the symbol of a revolutionary raking system. The main difference compared to traditional rakes is represented by  the pick-up system: the ROC RT 1220 lifts the crop in order then to transport it on a conveyor belt, whereas traditional rakes drag the crop on the ground up to the windrow.

The Continuous ROC merger represents the symbol of a revolutionary raking system because it’s designed to be work frontally to the tractor of a windrower. It has got a variable working width going from 5,9 m up to 8,35 m thanks to a double hydraulic rocker arm system that allows to change the distance between the two pickups, even during the working phase without the need to stop the machine.

The Continuous Merger ROC RT 760 is composed of 2 elements, distant 1,6 m (5′ 2”) one from the other, it has a working width of 7,6 m (24′ 11”) and a pick up width of 6 m (19′ 6”). This model can discharge the crop of the two belts in the middle, or one on the left and one on the right or one in the middle and one on one side. The RT 760 is like the RT 870, but with no pick up and no belt in the central part and it’s also equipped with Trelleborg tyres 400/55 R22,5. This version can work only with the two opened elements and it can be folded up for transport reaching a transport width of 2,55 m (8′ 2”).

Continuous merger ROC RT 730 represents the symbol of a revolutionary raking system. The ROC RT 730 is composed of 2 elements, has a variable working width from 5,95 m (19′ 6”) to 7,30 m (23′ 11”) thanks to a double hydraulic rocker arm system that allows to change the distance between the two pickups. When the pickups are one next to the other, it can download one belt on the right and one belt on the left, or both the belts on the right or on the left, whereas when the pickups are separated and far-between, it can download the crop between the two elements, or on both sides, or one in the middle and one on the left, or one in the middle and one on the right. This version can be folded up for transport reaching a transport width of 2,50 m (8′ 2”).

Continuous merger ROC RT 380 represents the symbol of a revolutionary raking system. The main difference compared to traditional rakes is represented by both the pick-up system and by the working position of the merger as to the tractor. Firstly, ROC RT 380 lifts the crop in order then to transport it on a conveyor belt, whereas traditional rakes drag the crop on the ground up to the windrow. Secondly, unlike traditional rakes ROC RT 380 can be fastened both on the front and on the back of the tractor, driving it in this latter case with inverted drive. These differences lead to:
