The U 453 skimming cultivator is mounted onto 3 - point tractor suspension system. In two rows, there are rigid tines fixed to the cultivator`s frame, which cut and mixes the crop residue. The rolling coulters and the string roller allow crushing and levelling the soil layers. The cultivator`s frame is constructed with the use of shapes and flat bars; however the string roller is made from flat bars or thick walled tubes. The machine may be equipped with helical or spring safeguard. Stubble field units is offered in four working widths, 2.1 m, 2.6 m, 3.0 m and 3.9 m. As an option, it is possible to install aftercrop seeder.

Seedbed cultivator U 382 is designed for a seedbed tillage. It is used for loosening the topsoil, breaking and crushing the lumps of crusted soil on field and compacting the ground to improve water infiltration. The unit is useful particulary for the crops that require level field surface. Small and compact construction of the machine results in its center of gravity in the optimal position, which allows it to be used even with the lesser load capacity tractors. Thanks to its leightweight these large-operating-width machines can be hitched to the three-point hitch system in a tractor.

U 497 universal crop cultivator is widely used in the soil cultivation. It is a tillage and stubble machine, which, if necessary, is a 100% cultivator for pre-sowing cultivation, and, if necessary , a fully-functional stubble cultivator . The four-beam cultivator with a strong operating unit equipped with SW tines 70x12 mm will operate perfectly on light, medium and heavy soil. The properly long construction allows for high flow capacity during cultivation. Universal tines allow for deep loosening of soil and shallow stubble cultivation, which makes it possible for a farmer to optimally use the machine during many operations.

The Rolmako seedbed cultivator should be used on light and medium-compact soils. The machine is adjusted to work with a seeder. The purpose of the entire set is to perform both pre-sowing cultivation and sowing in a single pass. The unit is equipped with a universal latching axle, which makes latching easier on the lower ties of the tractor. The seedbed cultivator comes in three working widths: 2.5 m, 2.7 m, 3.0 m.

Rolmako snow plough is a heavy-class plough designed to work with an agricultural tractor equipped with front TPH. It is used for public roads clearing, parking places and all paved and unpaved road surfaces. The plough is also very useful in forming the silage piles and prisms, pushing aside (e.g. manure). It is able to carry loads up to 12,5 tons.

Light disc harrow is dedicated to small and middle farms where low-power tractors are available. An important feature of the machine is short and not tall construction. A disc harrow is distinguished by the discs mounted on the vibrating springs which are dedicated to light and medium soils. The machine copies a field`s surface very good and intensively mixes the soil with a crop residues. The machine is available in widths of 2,5m, 2,7m and 3m. An operating element is the disc with a diameter of 510mm or 560mm.

U 645 is a harrow manufactured with purpose to work in the vineyards and gadens. Light and compact design are its most important characteristics that allow using the machine wherever there is no place to maneuver and work with larger units. The construction base was compact disc harrow (U 693) but its design has been adjusted in hitch category and size in order to cooperate most effectively with small tractors. U 645 has all of the features U 693, this means it is equipped with the same rubber shock absorber, disc lean angle, bearings and so on.

The U 652 disc harrow is a universal machine for pre-sowing and stubble cultivation. The machine is available in two types of overload protection, the customer may choose 40x180 mm rubber or 3D shock absorption with a 35 x 35 mm spring. The machine is equipped with OFAS 560 mm discs, maintenance-free hubs and hydraulic depth adjustment. The distance between the rear and the front beam of 90 cm ensures free flow of soil and the possibility of using a finger comb between the rows of discs. Efficiency and the right quality of work are ensured by working elements placed at the optimum approach angle.

The disc harrow’s main purpose is to scarify and crumble the soil. It has a wide range of uses – it can be employed for mixing lime, mineral fertilizers, manure or stubble with the soil. The machine can effectively replace ploughing. The disc harrow scarifies, crumbles and breaks apart the soil layer. The discs are made out of high quality boric steel. The working elements of the device are equipped with protective rubber, which increases their durability and makes them less susceptible to damage, especially when working on stony soils. High quality cone bearings are an additional guarantee against technical failure. As an option, the developer also offers a seeder jib to be mounted on the disc harrow.
