To deliver safe and effective in-ovo vaccination and nutrition. SmartVac is a new, patented technology that allows 100% safe, consistent and accurate in-ovo vaccination and nutrition. It delivers the injectables only into the amniotic fluid, thus preventing possible injury to the growing embryo. SmartVac enables the poultry industry to apply a wide range of vaccines in-ovo, including Gumboro, Marek, ND and Coccidiosis vaccines. This is optionally performed in combination with nutritional components, for chickens with a healthy gut, favourable microbiota, enhanced immunity and thus improved field performance.

For the fast, safe transfer of eggs from pulp tray to setter tray. A lightweight, gentle, reliable tool for the semi-automatic transfer of eggs from pulp tray to setter tray, the vacuum egg lifter eliminates the risk of damage to the eggs. Constructed out of clear plastic to give complete visibility from handle to cup, there are no projecting studs, depressions or mismatched welds or joints in which dirt can accumulate. The unit can be fitted with a variety of standard egg lifters and is available for matrix and honeycomb structured setter trays. Unit consists of vacuum pump with 1 or 2 vacuum heads.

Transfer eggs from trays to a roller infeed conveyor. In the egg loading system the eggs are placed from transport trays onto the infeed roller - or belt conveyor of the egg setting line. The hatching eggs are protected against hairline cracks by the the gentle movement of the vacuum transfer head. The durable suction cups easily and securely transfer the eggs by means of vacuum. Even the presence of small feather or any other dirt does not influence this process. The system works with plastic or cardboard trays.
