The RuggedSplit 537-24-HE is a robust 37-ton log splitter designed for both residential and commercial use. It features dual-mode operation, allowing users to split logs horizontally for smaller sizes or vertically for heavier and taller logs. Powered by a commercial-grade Honda 270cc GX Series OHV engine, it promises reliability and longevity. The hydraulic system is driven by a 16 GPM two-stage pump, ensuring efficient log splitting with a quick cycle time of 15 seconds. This hydraulic control valve by RuggedMade is engineered specifically for log splitters, capable of handling two distinct hydraulic circuits simultaneously, such as a log lift and an adjustable height blade. Its robust 2-spool design accommodates a maximum flow rate of 30 gallons per minute (GPM) and withstands pressures up to 3,000 PSI. The control valve features 3/4 inch inlet and outlet ports, with 1/2 inch work ports, all utilizing NPT(F) threading. The valve is constructed from cast iron for enhanced durability, and the spools return to a neutral center position via spring tension without detent capabilities. Additionally, the valve supports 'power beyond' functionality, allowing it to connect an additional downstream valve by utilizing a separate power beyond sleeve, sold independently. Its adaptable lever mounts offer flexible installation options, broadening its application within hydraulic systems.

This 2-stage hydraulic pump combines a large displacement low-pressure pump and a small displacement high-pressure pump. It is ideal for use with log splitters, machine tools, trash compactors, and other applications.
