The rubber track system is an important step forward in the field of agriculture. The use of rubber belts, which replace the old iron roofs, allow the use of agricultural machinery even on difficult terrain and especially to transit by road, with a simple and quick assembly. Our model Evolution 2.0 Track was built using only certified and tested products made in Italy. The details are first choice (bushings, bearings, etc...), galvanized frame and technical painting.

Our iron track mounts Berco catenaries and rollers, while the skates are Sabatino product with border tapering (to avoid rubber detachment), in order to support 12500 Kg load. According to size and weight required it is possible to choose beetwen:

The rubber track allows the tractor to move faster on longer distances. Another detail are the vibrations (on the iron track) here are reduced to zero, going to prevent damages caused by them. The machinery consists of 8 small wheels and 4 polyurethane wheels rollers, a drive wheel made of steel, a tensioning system with a nitrogen piston (centralized) and a tractor mechanism of driving conferred by a wheel fastened to the gearbox. Furthermore, the machine presents the same connections of the plates to the reducer and the support pole placed under the machine.

The cart is compliant for road use with a gross vehicle weight of 14000Kg. Available versions of 8m / 8.5m / 9m, with length ranging between 1650mm (one tractor) and 2500mm (with barrel).

Has a width of 3 meters, can be prepared with or without springs (the version with springs also used for snow). The sturdy hydraulic piston allows the operator to set-up options directly from the towing vehicle. The blade has a 360° rotation thanks to the piston with exchange valve. The width of the blade can also be of different sizes according to customer requirements.

Used for breaking and reconstruction of new levees, it has a high capacity for work and a low wear. The hydraulic piston can operate from both sides of the march without any manual operation; also the mechanical arms controlled manually, allows you to have a different finish of the bank. Alternatively on the ploughshare plow can be mounted a breaking slice disk or a pneumatic roller crushes bank.

CE certified wheels, product is compliant with security requirements required by regulations. Sturdy frame consists of wheel rims and spokes made with U shaped profile, giving high resistance to mechanical stress under operating conditions.

The harrow has a simple but sturdy, available in light or heavy version. It has special bearings, the shafts are mounted on iron bushings and cast iron high-resistance supports. This allows to maintain high feed rates with excellent performance and the ability to be used to:
