Square pits 4 slopes caught in masonry: the most economical solution. 4mx4m (bolted panels), galvanized steel. 20/10th with a square seat of 400 (for the screw) and its slopes at 45 or 60 degrees. Allows a perfect descent of the cereal. Cone volume is 11m3 with the possibility of installation of enhancement (to reach an additional capacity of 14m3 or 25m3. We offer an optional pit grid.

Ventilated cone: a galvanized sheet metal cone perforated in the ueg edus allowing the ventilation of cereals. Made of 20/30/10th sheet metal, this type of ventilation is ideal for a complete flush. No soil contact the preservation of cereals is optimal.

Aero-cone: on a 4-slope pit or on a concrete cone, aero-cone allows ventilation, optimum grain as well as a space saving (volume of the concrete cone). Its operating principle is air diffusion by reflection on the concrete cone.

TOY Group pallet lifts: made of epoxy painted steel or hot galvanized (optional). Intended for the transfer of cereals or the transport of flour. The big advantage of our product is that it can work both vertically and 45 degrees tilt. The pallets are attached to a chain that provides all-wheel drive. The engine is provided by a conveyor belt pulley transmission and engine power ranges from 1.5kW to 4 kW. The elevator is offered with various types of legs: left or right (at 90 degrees compared to the output of the product) and different lengths: 350mm,1500mm,3000mm. They also come with a conical screw that can be fitted with a tuning valve. Very simple to assemble because of its single-driver partitioned inside, it is small and adapts in small places (low height of the foot and head). 

TOY Group’s uplifting and horizontal screws are robust in hot galvanized steel 1.5 to 3mm thick and 3/1.5 to 6/3mm thick. They come in several versions: from the smallest in diameter 100 to the diameter 240mm. Note that the 160, 200 and 240mm screws are systematically equipped with self-clear intermediate bearings (all 1, 2, 2.50M), without maintenance. This gives to our screws a long life and avoids friction on the tubes when the screw turns empty (premature fatigue). This also allows us to obtain very long lengths for horizontal screws (e.g. diam. 160 L up to 30M maximum). Our screws come in several versions, from the transport of the cereal to much more varied products (minerals, plastics, etc.). We offer special screws peas or fababeans with reinforced nets and motor-reducer, but also with not-ended mesh departures for heavy or delicate products.
