Using SATCO design mentality for manufacturing heavy duty harvesting, processing and felling heads: The SATCO 214 is a small harvesting processor head with heavy duty features designed to carry out a range of operations from thinning to medium/final cut. There are two sets of moving delimb knives and one fixed top knife. With two independent drive rollers following the contour of the stem, the job is done with ease. With many parts used in common throughout the 214, spare part stocking is minimised. SATCO offers three levels of control system, SATCO Plus-1, DASA5 PRIO and DASA5 Optimising

The SAT324 is a 3 Series, 3 Roller, 24” Processing head. There are options to customise and refine your SATCO SAT324 Processor to suit your application even further.

With one chassis option SATCO can offer three different 3 Roller Processor configurations. There is the SAT318, SAT320 and the SAT323. Within those three different models there are further options to customise and refine your SATCO^® 3 Series Processor to suit your application even further.

The SATCO 3 Series Large Capacity Harvesting & Processing Heads have been designed around the robust and successful SATCO 630 Felling Grapple. The 3L2T is the ¾” topsaw model within its own chassis.

Using all the proven hydraulic components of the larger SATCO SAT630, the SATCO SAT420 Directional Felling Head & Loading Grapple has quickly proven to be a very versatile unit enabling operators to fall, bunch, stack and shovel whole stems. The 360 Degree continuous rotation allows felling in any possible direction in relation to the base machine with a load out time of 85% of a conventional grapple which makes this an economical choice for many jobs.

TheSAT630is a 30 Inch Directional Felling Head & Loading Grapple which has been proven in all parts of the world. It is a very versatile unit enabling operators to fall, bunch, stack and shovel whole stems. The 360 degree continuous rotation allows falling in any possible direction in relation to the base machine.

SATCO has attachments extensively servicing New Zealand, Australia, The United States, Brazil, Chile, Asia, Africa and Canada.

SATCO Boom and Arm sets can be supplied to fit SATCO Felling Heads or Processors with the unique SATCO `hose through centre` system and will optimise the working range and the lifting capacity of excavator type carriers.
