ECO-TIL - Model UECO-300-001 - Sub Soil Plow
Eco-Til is a patent pending High Impact, Minimal Tillage technique used when mounted behind a sub-soil plow and closes the rip-line and thoroughly fractures soil without any inversion. This technique uses offset coulters mounted in a Stump Jump™ configuration to harness the effect of lateral forces that thoroughly break soil bulk density uniformly across a 650cm wide x 40cm deep zone.
Savannah - Model U 140-001 - Trailing Bedding Plows
Designed for lowland operations where a large mound is required to raise the planting site above wet season inundation. These trailing plows are fitted with either flotation tires, or full width rollers to carry the plow and are connected to the drawbar of a tractor or dozer. Horsepower requirements depend largely on spee d and depth of cut, as well as soil type. Ideally, bedding plows operate best at speeds of 3-5mph, at this speed they will throw up a higher bed, with finer soil fracture and fewer clods and incorporate root mat more efficiently.
Savannah - Model U 203 -001 - Mounted Bedding Plows
Can be tractor-mounted, or mounted to back of a dozer with a lift system or directly to the ripper frame. These plows are designed for use on second rotation forest sites, or old farmland with little grass cover where deep soil fracture and/or high beds are essential. Utilizes the standard ripper shank of the dozer and the ripper frame as a convenient mounting base using the J-Hook quick-release mount for one-pass ripping, cultivating and bedding. Can be matched with a `V- Shear` on the front of the dozer for even more productive capability. The whole machine is lighter and is offered in three sizes to suit tractors from 90hp upwards, right through to 300hp, or for the larger Cat Challenger models. Optional ripper designs and a mounting kit for Cat Challengers, large 4WD tractors, or `flatback` dozers, make this unit very adaptable for high performance ripper-mounding on open country.
