Folding back markers and the headstock with Auto-Reset accumulator bottles.

The markers are suitable for marking out as far as 24 feet from the centre of the tractor. This allows 4 ploughs down on 72 inch beds. The markers can also come in to 18 feet from the centre of the tractor for bed making using half depth. Both the left side and the right side markers can be operated without leaving the tractor seat. The machine folds within the width of the tractor (less than 3 metres). This includes the folding of the outer marker discs, which come within the width as well, causing no obstruction or danger when travelling on the road.

The ScanStone single bed tiller comes with quick change blades as standard. The machine can also come with bed makers attached on the back. The bed makers can be auto reset or shear bolt. The rear ploughs are fully adjustable to allow a well cleaned out trench and to stop the ploughs digging in unnecessarily.

The 3 Webber is a machine developed in 2012, this has been made specifically for an operator with less horse power and who requires slightly less output. A cost effective option. Large front opening discs come as standard on the 3 Webber, like all ScanStone de-stoners. Discs are hydraulically controlled and float with the accumulator bottles, as shown on the left.

The 4 Webber basic is in the configuration of 3 front webs and 1 long rear web. As standard, we offer the dual direction power scrubber web which aggressively breaks down soil at the rear web. The ScanStone 4 Webber (basic) has been designed for ground without large boulders. Long rear lift rams allow increased separation of the soil.

The ScanStone windrower (2 roller) machine is a purpose built windrower. This machine is not a converted harvester and with low drops throughout the machine, it allows no damage to the crop when working. The 2 roller machine has a single haulm roller against a spiral roller (not web) and then a further single cleaning roller single cleaning roller with a spiral roller. The speed and direction of both rollers can be adjusted from the control box in the tractor cab depending on field and crop conditions.

The ScanStone Windrower (Full Evolution) comes complete with an onboard hydraulics system to power the cleaning unit. This gives full control of the cleaning table from the control box inside the tractor cab: Variable speed & direction of "clod" rollers. Height & pitch adjustment of "clod" rollers. 0-7 degrees of angle on the whole cleaning table. 1,2 or 4 rows of cleaning. Variable speed of spiral rollers.
