The H500 separator-cleaner is designed for multiple uses and meets all cleaning needs: from basic cleaning upon reception and before storing to very fine cleaning before shipment. The basic cleaning flow rate is 2.5 tph for wheat, but it can be adapted to any type of grain or seed: wheat, corn (maize), barley, oat, flax, rapeseed, peas, broad beans, etc. It is regarded as very useful for milling, seed storage and the sorting of mixed crops thanks to its 3 sifting levels.

Schneider Jaquet’s barley 412S Calibrator is designed to separate grains of different sizes using several sifts that are operated with planetary movement. Smaller sized grains do not have the same germinating capacities as bigger sized grains, making calibrating necessary. This machine is used in storage facilities, processing plants and malt factories.

SEPU Scrubbers are static devices operating by gravity and equipped with suction enabling them to remove light waste from a grain flow: dust, shells, chaff, broken grains, etc. The SEPU Type D Scrubber is typically used at the beginning of the cycle (it operates autonomously) and allows for preliminary cleaning. It is equipped with a rotary feeder, an adjustable suction shaft, an expansion chamber (where heavier waste is collected) and a suction hood.

Destoners are cleaning machines designed to separate grains and stones of equivalent size. When used in a “very fine cleaning” application, a destoner is installed after the cleaner, which removes large and small waste.
