The economical 24” Transloader is a completely self-contained unit designed to meet your transloading needs from railcars to semi-trailers or vice-versa and truck to truck. Transloaders are designed to efficiently load and unload granular products such as fertilizer, seeds, sand, coal, frac sand, aggregates, etc. Its low clearance conveyor easily slides under rail cars or trailers and its top end height allows for easy loading. This 3 wheeled unit is powered by the front and one of the rear wheels for best traction and steering control. The front-wheel pivots 45° left and 45° right.

Four wheel, 180° steering allows the Portable Transloader to be positioned and repositioned easily. With 4 Wheel Drive on demand this unit will not leave you sitting.  The optional low profile drive over stinger with flip up skirt boards allows trucks to easily drive over the conveyor and unload reducing the amount of equipment moving required as well as reducing spillage.

The T-Belt was a large subcontract project for a company producing Frac sand conveyors from 2005-2012. Schnell Industries built over 160 of these units over that time. Designed for on well site frac sand handling collecting sand from holding units delivering it to the mixer.
