This high output bandmill is the solution to an affordable commercial sawmill operation with its 6" wide double-cut band and ability to cut large logs. The SELECT 4221 is known for its exceptional quality workmanship and outstanding performance. Our 3620 portable sawmill uses a 4" wide double-cut blade and is perfect for the sawyer on the go. Built tough and capable of a hard day`s work, this unit will cut twice as fast as any other thin kerf mill. Built on a smaller scale, the SELECT 3620 boasts the same superior quality as our model 4221 and, is why this model stands out above the competition. Conveniently designed for ease of set-up so that in only a few simple steps you can be up and running.

Produce precise board lengths from 3` to 16` with the SELECT TS716 Trimsaw. Can be set to desired increments. Optional extension for longer boards.

Hydraulically operated from the sawmill sawyer`s panel equipped with the following controls*:Valve 1 - to drive the drag chains in either direction by sending hydraulic pressure to a drive motor attached to a reduction gear box, enhancing torque performance and durability.Valve 2 - to raise or lower the drop gate equipped with two high efficiency hydraulic cylinders.*Controls not included except when purchased with our sawmills. 2 or 3-chain decks available. For use with both SELECT sawmill models and the SELECT debarker. For log sizes down to 6`3`` (1.92m) in length.

Our HD outfeed deck is a practical option to increase the flow of production in your stationary operation. The deck has 3-chains and a 220V electric motor for continuous feed. Standard length is 18 ft - some customization may be available. For our portable sawmill unit operators, we have a convenient mobile offloading ramp which is retractable for transport. Platform size is 4` x 8`.

Specialized edger outfeed fingers conveniently separate the rough edges from the boards as they pass through the edger. The cut edges are dropped to the side while the boards are carried forward to the (optional) roof top chain deck, eliminating the need for one person. The boards remain steady as they advance with the rolling wheels and downward pressure of the outfeed fingers.
