The C-Shaped Necropsy Table is fabricated completely out of stainless steel. The top is equipped with a cutout area formed in the center of one long side to allow for closer access to the animal during necropsy. It also has one drain hole and a raised edge to control fluid drainage. The table has scissor-action lift design and is equipped with 2-way tilt capability. The table is completely mobile via casters and can easily be placed in a stationary position during necropsy procedures by retraction of the casters.

The Dorsal/Lateral Cylinder Base Equine Tableis equipped with 4-way tilt capability.  The hydraulic system includes a total of eight hydraulic cylinders that work individually and in pairs, to provide this versatile 4-way tilt capability.  This model can achieve Trendelenburg positioning via hydraulics. The table can be put in a stationary position by extending the four lower cylinders, and lifting the table base frame off the casters.  The casters must be removed to achieve the lowest operating height.

The Dorsal/Lateral Scissor Base Equine Table was introduced in 1990 and combines the scissor-type lifting concept of the original Floor Model Surgery Table with the multi-section table top originally introduced on the Cylinder Base.  The Scissor Base is able to achieve a reduced lower height for added versatility to the end user.

The Modified Portable Floor Model Surgery Table is on casters and completely mobile within a clinic environment. It is the least expensive mobile surgery table in our product line. It has a self-contained hydraulic system and merely requires a drop cord for access to power. This table is limited to one hydraulic function – raising and lowering and is always on the wheels.

The Shank’s Colon Bucket is a specialty item designed to be used during colic surgery.  It is fabricated completely out of stainless steel and is equipped with stainless steel swivel/lock casters. The Colon Bucket has a removable stainless steel mesh basket to aid in straining and removal of debris from the colon.  It includes a mounted drain fitting, accompanying locking valve and 10 foot (3M) drain hose.   The Colon Bucket has a 35-gallon (132 liter) capacity.

TheShank’s B.P. 360° Hydraulic Chute is equipped with a self -contained hydraulic system equipped with a 2HP motor. This system includes a worm gear reducer to assure safe and even hydraulic functions. The basic system has three hydraulic functions: hydraulic headgate, hydraulic rollover and hydraulic top squeeze. An optional hydraulic bottom squeeze is available. The Hydraulic Chute is available in two different sizes – Regular and XL. The XL B.P. 360 Hydraulic Chute also can be ordered with an optional squeeze bottom.

TheShank’s® B.P. 360  Manual/Electric Chute is equipped with a gearmotor electric rollover, a hand pump top squeeze, a manual headgate and a manual chain/ladder tailgate. The Manual/Electric Chute is available in one size – Regular.

Shank’s Cage/Kennel mats are traditionally between 2″ and 4″ thick and are made to size. The pads are comprised of a 2.2 lb. density polyurethane foam that is covered with vinyl coated polyester material, to provide a water resistant covering.

The Shank’s Foal Couch is a specialty pad designed for support of a recumbent foal.  The pad is made with a 22 oz. vinyl covering, and has 6″ (15cm) thick side walls and a 10″ (25cm) thick floor.  The cutout area to support the foal is 34″ deep x 48″ wide (86cm x 122cm).
