Single Bottom Reversible Plough has been designed and developed in Heavy Duty models to perform primary tillage operations satisfactory at any soil conditions providing deep opening and loosening of the soil. It can be attached easily to a tractor through three point linkage and operated with the help of tractor hydraulic Usage of heavy duty main shaft, wear hardening technology in clutch box & special manganese steel share points increases the life of the plough.The plough can cut thrash and buries it completely as well as it can cut heavy soil clods into small particles and give complete inversion of the soil.

Two Bottom Reversible Plough has proved its excellent performance in its primary tillage operations by cutting clods much satisfactorily with very deep penetrations into the soil. With continous improvements since decades with a extra heavy 90 mm shaft and sturdy frame construction plough operates satisfactorily at heavy and varying soil conditions. Spring steel hardened cutting blades and share points easily break heavy clods, uproot crop residue and buries them completely giving a leveled land.

SAI Two Bottom Hydraulic Reversible M.B. Plough is a Tractor Mounted Hydraulic operated plough. Directly connected with the tractor hydraulic system, the plough can be reversed easily by operating a Control Valve lever provided in the tractors. Smooth operation of reversing mechanism reduces vibrations occurred in the tractor hitch system causing no damage to tractor. With Heavy Duty Sturdy Main Frame, Top Link Mast, Heavy 90 mm Main Shaft and with many other added features, it performs to the highest level of satisfaction to farmers.

Four Bottom Fixed Mould Board Plough is a tractor hydraulic operated implement and has been designed for ploughing and farming in smaller sized fields.Provision of sturdy main frame makes it suitable for varying soil conditions giving the complete inversion of the soil satisfactorily for different kind of crops. It is widely used for farming especially in Grape yards and Horticulture.

In confirmity with the soil conditions it is being produced with 2, 3, 4 & 5 bottom versions. It is directly mounted to the tractors. Extra Heavy-duty pipe frame has high trash clearance allowing the plough to operate under heavy crop residue. It is used to open the new fields and to process the stony areas. It can be used easily at rocky and rooted areas. It is especially useful in hard and dry trashy land conditions and in soils where scouring is a major problem.

SAI Rotary Tillers are specially designed to suit all types of crops, fields, where perfect tilling is required. It can provide a working depth adjustable between 4 to 9 inches and completely leveled land with the help of automatic spring loaded trailing boards. These are available with L-type blades and are designed for 540rpm tractors.

Rigid Cultivator is capable to withstand tough working conditions at heavy soils. With deep positive penetrations it can break up hard soil and uproot stubbles to leave the ground perfectly worked. With the spacing adjustments of tine on the frame it can be used for multiple no. of applications and even for paddy cultivation requiring shallow ploughing.

Spring Cultivator has been designed to deliver sturdy performance at varying soil conditions. Heavy duty channel mainframe and tine assembly resist heavy bending strains. Heavy duty dual springs retain their strength for longer life and ensure safety of shovels from heavy obstacles.

Disc Harrow can be mounted on a tractor by three point linkages and controlled by tractor hydraulics. Construction includes mainframe which embedds two gangs of discs mounted one behind another. Front gang cuts and throws soil in inward direction where as rear gang throws cut soil outwards hence complete soil is cut under its width. Its wide applications include primary as well as secondary tillage and it is ideal for preparing seed beds since it can effectively cut heavy clods, crop residues amd mixing them with organic manure completely. It is much used at Field Disking at Orchards, Plantations and Wineyards Cultivations.
