The Super Duty Shur-Lok is designed and built for maximum durability! This roll tarp system is a must in rainy or windy weather. With proper tension, the tarp stays tight no matter what your wagon length. Galvanized steel or fabric end caps come standard. Ridge straps are made of high-tensile, stretch-resistant webbing to keep the tarp from sagging in between the bows. With no ropes, cables, clamps or tie-downs, the Super Duty Shur-Lok is easy to install and operate.

Bows swing up and out of the way for loading! Our exclusive Turning Point™ bow system is controlled with a pull of the rope, while the operator remains safely on the ground. A center pivoting ridgepole holds the tarp without sagging, so you need fewer bows. Angled brackets allow the bows to move freely, for a smooth operation from start to finish. The patented locking system provides secure support during transport and serves a skid plate when the bows swing closed.

The smoothest move in tarping - from open to closed, simply and easily! Spring-loaded tension with cable attachment keeps your tarp tight, even in moderate wind conditions. An extruded tarp attachment slot runs the full length of the aluminum roll tube. Once the tarp is inserted, a safety rod anchors it in place, making for easy tarp removal down the road. A reinforced, non-collapsible flexible hose assembly moves the tarp freely across the end caps. Ask about our electric options!

Shur-Lok® is the heavy-duty workhorse that will outperform your expectations. It offers dependable protection from the elements and superior workmanship that will stand the test of time. Standard features will do the job for you – and do it well, but if you like to customize, we have an outstanding selection of options and upgrades. Our adaptable hardware lets you position the crank arm in the most efficient spot. The standoffs come in 3-inch, 7-inch and 11-inch sizes while J-hooks are available in regular, pinless and offset-with-pin retainers. An upgrade to our pinless offset retainer will eliminate any pin-and-cable hassles and can be secured on either side of the cart. We also offer a universal crank retainer support kit to accommodate non-vertical configurations.

The 4500 Series HD works as an application on existing Shur-Loks on grain carts. Reliable motor* with all-metal casing and patented dual-pivoting motor mount operates heavy-duty extruded aluminum arms – the strongest on the market, with a lifetime guarantee against breakage. Super-strong tension arm opens and closes the tarp with smooth, consistent tension. Our exclusive dual-pivoting, Durabuilt™ motor mount allows for any misalignment of the roll tube without stress to the motor or arm. Arm is easily moved by 4-spiral torsion springs (heavy-duty front cable return is included with single-arm series). *Motor may differ from those used on grain trailer applications.
