The HCP254PB High Capacity Poly tender was designed as a skid tender or it can also be utilized in conjunction with a trailer (yours or ours).  This tender is completely self contained and will hold approximately 8.2 tons of fertilizer.  It can also be utilized for seed, feed, or any other material that you might need to hold in short term storage and then offload.  The HCP254PB features a 13 HP Honda electric start motor, hydraulically driven auger system, power fold and unfold of the delivery auger, and an 8" poly cup flighting.  Whether you are fertilizing grapes in Washington or filling your planter in Iowa, this tender is versatile enough to fit many applications.

Designed to be used in conjunction with orchard and vineyard spreaders, the HCP254TS poly trans stand is designed to minimize your trips to the field.  With both 6 and 8 ton capacity units available, you can keep your customers running all day while minimizing your trips to the field with your tender truck.  Each HCP254TS is designed with two compartments, legs that can be retracted and folded for transportation, easy set up with fork lift stake pockets and lifting lugs, stainless steel slide gate assembly and roll tarp that can be opened from ground level.  The HCP254TS is very stable when placed on firm level ground and will provide many years of trouble free operation.

The Simonsen/Ideal HCP3324STRTA high capacity poly tender is a new approach to tender design that incorporates time tested and proven Simonsen auger and hydraulic systems with modern day high density poly hoppers.  When we designed this tender, we took the best of what we had to offer in our stainless steel line of tenders and built on our experience to take advantage of the benefits that poly hoppers had to offer.  By utilizing advanced engineering and production methods, we are able to offer a 1016 cubic foot tender in the same footprint as our 25.5 ton stainless steel tenders without giving up any advantages compared to stainless steel.

Neville Built combine and sprayer trailers are available in many configurations. Combine trailers are available in wide or narrow neck design to fit your needs. Sprayer trailers are available in either pintle or fifth wheel style with many options available. Spring or air ride suspensions are available on both combine and sprayer trailers.

Available for all makes of trailer mounted tender, this tender trailer is available from 36` to 44`` with other lengths available, the Neville tender trailer is a great option for transporting your large tenders.

New Neville Built steel and aluminum grain trailers are available in numerous sizes from 12` to 53` foot lengths. All trailers are available in vertical rib design and there is also a horizontal rib available in steel construction. Both models are available in either single or double hopper design. Many options are available for these trailers and they can be customized to fit your operation.

Neville Built double tank trailers are available in many different configuration to suit your operation. This 40`X102" double sprayer trailer is equipped with a 12` narrow neck with 36" pin setting. The main deck is 28` long with 14` of working deck behind the drop. The main deck is 42" high on the standard trailer. Double drop trailers are available to make a "walk on" working deck height. Available with or without the tanks.

The Simonsen fertilizer slide keeps tight control of the material flow (from 100 to 1800 pounds per acre) giving you impressive accuracy and a flat spread pattern over the entire width of the spread pattern. Solid all-welded construction on top of a 3-inch I-beam frame guarantees a rugged body ready for many years of field use.

The 12-inch wide stainless steel conveyor apron assures you of an even flow of materials from 60 to 650 pounds per acre. The unique Simonsen fertilizer slide controls fertilizer placement on the distributor fan(s) for uniform spread pattern. Heavy-duty stainless steel design (mild steel hopper available) assure many years of continued use.
