Each shed is specifically designed in detail, taking into account the customer’s requirements, the construction area and the regulations in force in terms of structural loads. The many options available with reference to the shed, as well as the possibility to complete it with accessories such as ventilation and lighting, allow customising every single project.

The premise consists of a prefabricated greenhouse in the shape of a tunnel with a galvanised steel supporting structure. It does not require any special foundations nor curtain walls as it is supplied with insulating side panels, a concrete edge beam is enough. The structure can be easily disassembled with the integral recovery of every single component. The vaulted shape, the continuity of the materials used in the ceiling and roofing and the type of insulation provide excellent thermal insulation results. The positioning of the windows facilitates the air exchange at the height of the animals. The tunnel is available in two widths, 9 or 10 metres, while the length is variable according to the customer’s needs.

Mobile commercial poultry housing and chicken coops. Designed to meet the needs of small farms of broiler chickens and laying hens, both organic and conventional. Depending on the chosen version, it is fitted with complete with quality equipment, commonly used in large farms.

Automatic pan feeder, used for broiler chickens raised with alternative systems. Carefully designed to adapt to the various sizes of chickens, it has proved to be particularly effective with small chickens, especially with those chicks that are physically weaker. Its shape makes it very easy for these animals as well to access feed. This allows them to gain their weight back and to quickly catch up with the others in the group. An important role is played by the feeder construction material: UV-resistant polypropylene, which has the advantage of excellent mechanical wear resistance.

Multipurpose automatic feeder, suitable for different types of free-range poultry such as chickens, laying hens, turkeys, guinea fowl, cockerels and ducks. The careful study of the different physical characteristics of these animals and the various ways in which they approach food, have led SKA to create the perfect feeder that meets all these requirements and promotes the principles of the European regulations; namely the particular care to ensure the welfare of the animal at all times and in any case.

Communal automatic nest on 1 or 2 levels designed to be installed in farms of breeders and free-range laying hens. Suitable for intensive, outdoor and organic farming. Designed and manufactured entirely within SKA, it meets the guidelines required by European animal welfare regulations. The material it is made of is resistant to chemicals and bacteria, which ensures a high standard of bio-safety. Thanks to the automatic collection, the farmer enters the shed only for routine inspection. This operation has the advantage of not stressing the hens, which therefore find greater comfort inside the nest where they can lay their eggs.

Communal automatic nest on 1 or 2 levels, in birch plywood, specifically designed for farming laying hens, but equally performing with commercial layers raised in alternative systems. Designed and manufactured entirely within SKA, it meets the guidelines required by European animal welfare regulations. Polypropylene slats, entirely designed and manufactured within SKA. ARIES is the slat that best suits the breeding stock; its non-slip surface has been designed to provide animals with maximum comfort.  ORION is instead recommended for commercial layers, in aviaries or in full perch farms.

Automatic nipple drinker for water distribution. Adaptable to different types of poultry farms such as broiler chickens, laying hens, ducks, breeding stock. It is possible to choose between low or high water flow drip drinkers, single or multidirectional, to meet the various needs of the farm. The water only comes out when the animal operates the valve. In this way, fresh  and clean water is always supplied.

Automatic nipple drinkers for water distribution for turkey farms. Consisting of pre-assembled 3-metre elements in rigid plastic, on which 3, 4 or 5 drinkers with double drip nipple are installed, with high water flow rate, complete with pendulum and cup for weaning or fattening. The line is supported by galvanised pipes or aluminium profiles which also act as anti-stop devices; The water only comes out when the animal operates the valve. In this way, fresh and clean water is always supplied. The piping is placed above the animals’ heads so as not to hinder their movement in any way.
