Smallaire Research and Development have developed the Airseeder Head Lowering System (Patent Pending) to overcome a number of equipment limitations. With larger seeding equipment comes the additional issue of accessing roads with the narrowest width possible equipment width. Invariably the compromise is that blockages beyond secondary head occurs when ideal head heights are not achieved.

Our exclusive Airseeder CAD (Computer Aided Design) design program will aid us to design a system specifically for your needs. This ensures the matching of the correct sizes of your feeder hoses, correct Primary and Secondary head and Pressurized box systems, fans and venturi.

Our unique pressed metal designed head enhances linear air flow reducing turbulence and back pressure in the distribution head. Utilising the new distribution cone and our unique riser with large mixing chamber bend gives you a high performance long lasting distribution system.

The Smallaire Field Mouse Bait Spreader Kit can be fitted to almost any airseeder and small seed units. Various options are available. As you can see in this video there is an even spread across 10 meters with only two spreader outlets.

The efficient operation of a header comes when a constant, even flow of material enters the front, ensuring the most efficient grain threshing and cleaning. Poor feeding, bunching at the cutter bar and crop simply shattering or falling off the leading edge, can literally leave grain and profit in the paddock. The Smallaire Air Front delivers constant stream of high velocity air ensuring the harvested crop is fed to the auger, eliminating bunching. The Smallaire Air Front provides a better view of the cutter bar in a wide range of crops. The Smallaire Air Front enables higher ground speed in lighter crops, leading to reduced fuel consumption.

The Smallaire FUMIGATION SYSTEM is designed to vent air through silos and is required to be recirculated from the bottom of the silo through to the top of the silo and back to the 80 LPS fan. No more placing phosphine tablets directly into the grain source, with the use of the Fumigator the tablets are placed in the tray provided and once the tablets are spent the powder form drops through the mesh grate ready for a mess free disposal also no residue left in the grain.

The principal is the same as in an evaporative air conditioner, but in this situation, the grain is the wet filter.

This Smallaire system is designed to install into existing Sheds and Silos - Elevated & Flat Bottomed.
