Our flow meter is specifically designed for irrigation well monitoring. This flow meter comes with a saddle, allowing it to be installed directly on the well discharge pipe. Pipe diameter must be specified at the time of order. With a flow meter in place the Smart Farm system can monitor flow rate and total water extraction by day, week, month and growing season at each well. We can also set up alerts to notify the farmer of any sudden drop in flow rate indicating a problem at the pump.

Our soil moisture monitoring station can monitor up to 6 soil moisture probes. We recommend these stations be placed at the opposite end of the field from the well pump. Soil moisture data can be viewed as a percent in a trend line on the Smart Farm user interfaces.
