Ventilation
Truss Rail Ventilation System
In the so-called Venlo greenhouses, rail ventilation is currently the most used system. This system uses a moving pull / push tube, which is connected to the air vents via push rods. For this truss rail system we supply rail mechanism housings with self-lubricating diabolo rollers for various truss sizes. The rail mechanism housing clamped around the grating ensures stable guidance of the galvanized pull / push pipe.
Swing Ventilation System
The rocking air system is one of the oldest systems still in use. The principle of the swing system is that the air vents, as with the rail air system, are not above the truss, but in the middle of a compartment. The air vents are opened by means of cam pushers, window pushers and a pull / push tube mounted on the pushers which makes a swinging movement when opening or closing. With this system, some tolerance when glazing is allowed, because the draw / push tube compensates for possible alignment differences of the air vents.
Horizontal Screening
Snelder - Pull Wire System Foil Greenhouse
Snelder also has a suitable screening system for greenhouses without lattice girders, such as with certain types of foil greenhouses. In such cases we use a 19 mm tube as a screen profile, to which we clamp the various components, such as saddle clamps, fabric stoppers, tube clamps and wire holders. The drive is identical to the pull-wire system for Venlo greenhouses.
