Paramove is an effective long term solution for lice control on farmed Atlantic salmon when used as part of an integrated pest management strategy. Paramove is manufactured as a veterinary medicinal product following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Paramove is supplied as a prescription only medicine under Solvay’s marketing authorisations.

Solvay is manufacturing and placing on the market dihydrate calcium chloride (CASO FEED), feed material of mineral origin in conformity with  European Directive 2002/32/EU and its amendments on undesirable substances in animal feed.

CASO FOOD Flakes, is a dihydrate calcium chloride food grade of mineral origin. In the context of the European Regulation N° 1333/2008 on food additives, permitted for use in foodstuffs, and  European Regulation 231/2012, laying down specific purity criteria for food additives other than colours and sweeteners. CASO FOOD Flakes is characterized by the European Number E 509 referring to `calcium chloride`.
