The role of Paddy Cleaner comes into play amidst pre-milling & post-parboiling. This machine incorporates wooden sieved decks to eliminate unwanted scum from the layers & ends up giving fine grain.).

This machine is used to open up the paddy in order to obtain rice. On this husker, 2 Rubber coated rolls are installed, which helps to move together in the same direction. Then, the paddy is fed using vibro motors in a straight line in between these rubber rolls. These rubber rolls then crunch the paddy and open the paddy from the ends. At last, all the husk and dusk is cleared through an aspiration system .)
