Designed for the professional pest control operator to easily fit in popular smaller pickup trucks. This good looking unit refects your professional image and shows your pride of ownership. The standard diaphragm pump provides the pressure to give you the volume you need even with extended spray hose lengths.

Larger than our PCO sprayers, the Low Profile Commercial Skid Sprayers are 47 inches wide and will fit in a variety of truck boxes. These units can also be optionally configured to pin mount on a Cushman Turf Truckster. The C100 and C160 differ only in the height of the spray tank. These sprayers come with stainless steel mechanical agitation standard and have the option of jet agitation instead.

For in-bed installation in a long bed 3/4 ton or larger pickup truck. The VM300 truck mounted sprayer was designed by SDI for in-bed installation and still leave room for cargo. The standard SDI configuration includes a Honda® GX or Kohler® Command Pro gasoline engine with a 10 gallon per minute Comet® diaphragm pump. This combination will generate spray pressures up to 580 psi, giving the operator lots of application flexibility. You can use lower pressures for weed spraying with minimal drift and still get the high pressures you need for tree spraying, root feeding or termite injection.

The SDI Turf N’ Trees Sprayers offer a combination of features that will fill 100% of the spraying needs of the Turf Grass Maintenance and Tree Care Professional. Our standard pump and engine combination is sized for efficiency and economical operation. Optional pump and engine combinations are offered to provide adequate flow and pressures up to 800 psi for multiple operations.

SDI has designed several models of tractor mounted 3 point sprayers, the Utility 3PT, the Ag Master 3PT and the Poly 3PT. These units have multiple tank capacities. Two models feature a commercial grade fiberglass tank, external sight gauge, welded steel epoxy coated frame and non-corrosive plumbing components. The Poly 3PT features an economical polyethylene spray tank. The Utility 3PT sprayer is economically priced, featuring a PTO driven roller pump, 10 foot stainless steel wet boom, weed wand with 15′ of 3/8 spray hose, jet agitation and manual spray controls. Just hook this unit to your 3 point hitch, add chemical and start spraying.

SDI’s Silage Inoculant Applicator is designed to precisely apply silage inoculant at the scale or silage pile. With its single axle design, collapsible spray boom and compact size, this unique piece of equipment is easily moved between application sites. The SDI Silage Inoculant Applicator includes an insulated Dohrman 10 gallon inoculant storage tank, adjustable flow meter, 10 gpm 120 volt centrifugal pump, 30 gallon fresh water tank, timer, and telescoping boom.

SDI offers ATV poly tank sprayers in many sizes starting at 15 gallons. Typically mounted to or pulled by an All-Terrain Vehicle or Utility Vehicle these sprayers feature a 12 volt pump and bypass agitation. These sprayers are available with spray wands, spray booms or boomless nozzles. We also build sprayers with poly tanks like the one shown below. The Inject-A-Cure Solution injection systems are designed to accurately and consistently inject lime, gypsum, soil amendments or fertilizer into an irrigation system. We offer two types of injection machines. The Turf Inject-A-Cure has an automatic electric control panel with 24 hour clock to interface with your irrigation system.
