Stephen Moore Farm Machinery is based just outside Coleraine on the North Coast of Northern Ireland.

Stephen Moore acquired the former long established Gilpin Farm Machinery business on September 1st 2008 and has lost no time in widening the portfolio of John Deere products on show at the Drumcroone Road, Coleraine premises.

Having worked as a Sales Manager for another tractor marque for the previous five years, Stephen recognised the John Deere franchise as a rare opportunity to acquire a well established business with excellent facilities in the heart of one of the Province’s best farming areas. His own farming background means that he has a good understanding of farmers needs today.

Servicing counties Antrim and Londonderry, Stephen has an experienced team of 10 staff to assist him in the expansion plans he has for the business.

Stephen is keen to strengthen the John Deere foothold in the local market as the brand name has an enviable reputation for reliability and value for money.

The main aim is to run a dedicated John Deere outlet, selling quality products backed up by a top rate service to build a loyal customer base. This in turn means that customers return again and again.

When you arrive at the premises the loyalty to the John Deere brand is clear to be seen. Currently there is a comprehensive range of John Deere equipment on display, from self propelled harvesters and tractors to the very much in demand Gator Utility vehicles.

The purpose built lawnmower showroom displays the largest range of grass cutting machines in the area including both ride on and walk behind mowers and indeed is one of John Deere’s top dealers in the UK and Ireland.

An extensive range of John Deere toys, workwear and merchandise is also available for sale at extremely competitive prices.
