It acts by pressure and not by centrifugal force, it ensures the best possible treatment of the pumped product avoiding breaking of the stalks and crushing of the skins and grape pips. It can also be used for fermented marc.

Ideal for marc or for not particularly fluid products, rotor D. 300x150, it is also suitable for the transfer of whole and de-stemmed grapes, with adequate pipes reaching large heads of 10 m. in height or 50. m. in distance. Reclinable stainless steel hopper to obtain smaller height dimensions, it is complete with stainless steel auger protection grid. G7 PUMP for grapes (patented) 50 ton/hour, optimum performance and maximum reliability For the transfer of grapes, marc and semi-solid products (citrus fruit, fruit, oranges, olives, olive-pomace, meat, fish, prickly pear figs, , dates). It acts by pressure and not by centrifugal force, it ensures the best possible treatment of the pumped product with wide passages without bottlenecks. High hourly production 50 tons/hour, with low revolutions (47 rpm). Double large chamber D.400X300, it allows the transfer of grapes with the utmost delicacy, avoiding breaking of the stalks, the crushing of peel and grape pips. The internally worked pump body ensures the minimum leakage of liquids and the obtaining of heads up to 10 meters in height and 50 meters of distance.

Ideal for the transportation of grapes, driven by the tractor shaft or by an electric gearmotor, it has the advantage of directly unloading into a crusher-stemmer or press, avoiding further passages in the tank. It can also be used in the agri-food sector for semi-solid products such as fruit, citrus fruits and olives.

G4  - TRAILER with direct unloading . Stainless steel sleeve with hatch for hermetic sealing. Stainless steel container, chassis and auger Ø 220 - 300. Mechanical brakes, electrical system, homologation for road circulation following Italian rules. Charged to the customer homologation for road circulation in other countries.

GRE - Liftable trailer for grapes,  with auger and door for discharge. Equipped with a frame for lifting of the container, which allows discharge at 2.15 m of height. The rear movement of the container, during lifting, facilitates positioning of the discharge on the crusher avoiding inconvenient manoeuvres with the container raised. The particular construction of the container, with asymmetric walls, avoids the `bridge` on the auger facilitating descent of the grapes.

The T4 hopper is produced in two standard versions: 3x2 m and 4x2 m. entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, satin finish and tig welding for a perfect seal. The tank is built with a particular asymmetric inclination of the walls, which makes the product descent highly effective and avoids formation of the bridge on the auger. Supporting structure in horizontal and vertical stainless steel tubes, 120x60-80x80 - 60x40. The hopper is equipped with stainless steel auger D. 300/400 with tube for direct discharge complete with door for hermetic closure. The protections on the sides and on the front of the door, allow directing of the flow of the product downwards. The door opening can be adjusted manually, electrically or hydraulically.

The T6 hopper is produced in two standard versions: 3x2 m and 4x2 m entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, satin finish and tig welding for a perfect seal. The tank is built with a particular asymmetric inclination of the walls, which makes the product descent  highly effective and avoids formation of the bridge on the cochlea. Complete with pump for grapes that allows discharging at up to 8/10 of height or 40/50 m of distance, gently, thanks to the low number of rotations of the rotor (47/57 rpm).
