The mixing diet feeder MISAK is designed for the preparation of mixed diet using crushed, friable, shredding and fluid feeding for cattle, fowl, swine, etc. Furthermore it is designed for the preparation of the percolated corn SODAGRAIN, for the mixing of feeding mixture; or it can be used as a mixer for the preparation of garden substrate. (In order to ensure a high-quality mixing of mixture it is necessary to cut large feed to the maximum of 150 mm in length, because the mixing feeder is not equipped with active cutting.) From the point of feeding, this is a great advantage of this mixing feeder because the feed is not excessively crushed during the mixing and the very important structural fibre is retained in the mixture. The above-mentioned advantage is even more important if green-stuff and feeding with a low dry matter content (e.g. grains, beet cuttings) are added into the diet.

KAMZIK is an improved model of feeding trailer ZP-005. Our development department developed many technical improvements to satisfy modern farming requirements. We focused on following improvements: operation simplification, and low maintenance requirements, with respect to operation efficiency and long durability.

The new rear hydraulic shovel ZLH is designed to fit on to the tractor three-point rear linkage. It is used for loading, transporting and dropping loose and lump materials. A removable swinging front, which is a part of the delivery, gives you the possibility of using the shovel as a low capacity trailer. The tipping is carried out by a single acting telescopic piston rod. The bed is regressed automatically back into the transport position by means of springs, and in this position it is locked automatically. The massive construction of the shovel gives you the possibility of filling it up to the maximum load capacity of the three-point linkage. A flat bottom and an exchangeable baffle front belong to the advantages of this design. This new type has very simple extensions, that is possible very quickly mount without any tools and two times increases the capacity.

Spiral-chute conveyers are designed for the transport of grains, grouts, solids and other loose materials, especially in agricultural production. Spiral-chute conveyers driven by hydraulic motors are designed to fit on trucks and on agricultural trailers and for the filling of sowing machines. STS Olbramovice produces a variety of these conveyers in various lengths and with a unified transport tube diameter of 127 mm. You can choose between an electric and a hydraulic motor. The basic length is 3 meters. You can change the conveyer`s length to fit your needs through the use of extensions.

Transporter of the straw DOZAN is semi-trailer designed to transport of straw from the stack and store mostly into the stables. It is equipped with a hydraulic loader forself-loading or unloading. Semi Trailer 19 has the volume of bucket  19 m³, the loader has a maximum load with extended arm 280 kg. Trailer size 28 has basic volume  of bucket  19 m³,  but the pop side and rear extensionscan increase the volume up to 28 m³. It features a more powerful loader.

KAMZIK trailer series has been designed for transporting and dispensing bulk feeds as well as for straw mulching in cattle stables. The series may be fitted with a lateral conveyor for side unloading, or rotary unloading behind to a truck width. The development of this latest series utilized all the experience gained for the period of production in STS Olbramovice of over 45 years. The robust design of trailers and their functional reliability guarantee the all-year use of these machines even under the most demanding conditions. The compact chassis machining and various offered variants differing in weight, volume and dimensions have been based on our customer requirements and practical experience. The opening cylinders are adapted both to loose material as well as square and round bales.

KAMZIK DOUBLE is the latest type of this trailer in our production program. Nevertheless, since it is a combination of two already proven variants of the KAMZIK feed and bedding trailers, only well-proven design nodes have been used there. This product is a combination of the KAMZIK F trailer, which is a version with a turbine blowing wheel mounted in the front, and the reversed variant of the classic KAMZIK with rear unloading using the crosswise

Thanks to its small dimensions, the DAVINIO spreader is intended for application of manure, compost, peat or limestone in particular in vineyards, orchards or hop fields. It is of use also in small operation units, e.g. spreading of pellets when bedding the halls for poultry breeding. The basic variant of DAVINIO’s loading platform is 2m³ and working width 1.5m. Material is fed to the spreading mechanisms via the floor conveyor of which speed can be easily controlled. All mechanical drives of the spreader are driven by the power take-off. The semitrailer has driving-in brake installed. The spreader meets the technical conditions for road safety.

DOMUR is a universal farming machine. It may be used as a spreader of organic manure and, following disassembly of the spreading adaptor; it may operate as a farming conveyor to convey miscellaneous farming materials. The moving floor makes emptying of the machine easy. With massive structure and single-axis axle, it may be used for under the toughest condition. DOMUR can spread the material homogeneously up to 12–15 metres. The loading platform is Y-shaped for easier emptying. Its volume may be increased using wooden or metal super-structure. Front wall with 8mm wall thickness increases transport capacity and visual inspection of the load is provided by the holes in it. Hydraulically telescopic rear side protects against loss of the transported material.

The hydraulic scoops are used for loading, transporting, and unloading various types of bulk and piece materials. Unloading is provided by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder in a single-acting or double-acting design. The load-bearing frame of the scoops consists of the robust framework that allows for transporting loads of up to 2000 kg. The scoops are equipped with a removable swing face as a standard. It has a variable frame design to be attached both to the three-point suspension and the triangular fastener. Extensions to increase the body volume are four-part, including the front part, creating a large-volume compact container. All extension assembly can be done in a very simple and quick way without the use of tools. The scoops can be also attached to the forklift easily.
