Our conveyor systems will meet any demand for transportation of crops to and from our bins and mobile dryers. All the systems are known for their high quality, durability, efficiency and flexibility. We take our starting point in your requirements during the planning of the grain transportation - both in new installations and when an extention of an existing installation is needed. We have no preference towards our suppliers - therefore we always offer unique solutions from different suppliers. Our conveyor system is made by standard elements, which can be easily adapted to every installation. They are characterized by large capacity in spite of small external dimensions, quick and easy assembly, because all connections are bolt flanges and with an effective use of the transportation lenght.

The Westfield augers are characterized by their high quality, that is suitable for filling high capacity flat storages and silos. A Westfield auger is an extremely mobile solution that can easily be moved between locations. The auger comes in various designs with both electric or PTO (for tractors), and you will find a large range of accesories for all Westfield products.

Steel Grain Bins
Dan-Corn - Stirring System
With the Dan-Corn stirring system you can easily store and dry moist grain in up to 8 m grain depth in our outdoor storage bins. The drying process must be activated as soon as an even grain layer (0.5-1 m) is in the bin.
Flat Storage
Dan-Corn - Flach & Le-Roy Drive-On Floors
The floor construction comprises high specification kilndried hardwood boards mounted on pressure-treated bearers providing a highly stable, strong and durablefloor. Each top board is separated by a perforated steel mesh enabling excellent air distribution over the entire floor area. Flach & Le-Roy air ducts are manufactured using the same high-grade timber as in the floors and designed for maximum air distribution efficiency to ensure that air is delivered precisely where it is needed.

Our steel grain bins are delivered in sections for easy assembly and the roof is constructed in lightweight sections with shaped stiffeners. Sukup - Painted Steel Grain Bins
Sukup Europe grain bins are also available with a painted surface. The hot dip galvanized silo sheets are degreased whereupon they are painted with a durable powder coating. You may choose between 1688 different RAL colours – this means that we can always adapt the silo project to your specific requirement.
Dryers
Sukup - Mix Flow Dryer
New and energy efficient Mixed Flow Dryer from Sukup Europe ready for the 2019 harvest. The Sukup Mixed Flow Dryer is a continuous flow dryer with vacuum cooling as a standard. Extracted heat from the cooling zone is recirculated and used for drying. By this heat reclaim system the ambient cooling air moves from the outside and through the dried hot grain. The cooling air warms up when moving through the grain and is recirculated and reused in the drying zone. This reduces the amount of energy used for drying.
