Superex - Superextra Single Bolt Clamp

The Superextra Single Bolt Clamp is engineered with a double band that has a thickness of 2.0 mm, providing substantial strength for heavy-duty applications. This power clamp incorporates a high-strength, 8.8-grade socket head bolt allowing for easy installation via an Allen key. The clamp's solid trunnions enhance the robustness of the double band, resulting in high break torque and notable tensile strength. Featuring a welded bridge, the PA-RI type single bolt clamp offers additional strength and optimal hose protection. The primary applications include agriculture, drainage systems, irrigation, and sludge suction. The W5 version, made from AISI 316 stainless steel, makes it particularly suited for marine and offshore environments due to its superior corrosion resistance in salt spray testing. Available materials include mild steel with zinc plating, stainless steel 304, and stainless steel 316.

Comes in easy to assemble 4 piece construction with high tensile bolts. Available in three different sizes for 4”, 5”-6” and 8” brass gate valves.
