It features a continuously running intake belt combined with a motional knife construction capable of higher capacity, more precision while ensuring increased lifespan of the knives. Due to implementation of innovative solutions the machine is capable of seamlessly switching between floretting various vegetables by simply pushing of a button. The product is manually fed into the machine with the core pointing upwards; after which it is de-cored applying vegetable specific procedures. The florets and waste material leave the machine separately ensuring the best possible end product.

As the beans and clusters are fed into the machine, the clusters are taken upward by hooks. Where the beans are carefully separated from the clusters. Due to the rotation of the drum, the beans will fall down and the tips of the beans will fall through the outer plates of the drum which are then cut in preparation of the bean snipper.
