Cypermethrin is a non-systemic insecticide with contact and stomach action that exhibits anti-feeding action and has good residual activity. Cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that acts on the central and peripheral nervous system by interacting with the sodium channels. It is used in control of Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Diptera. Hemiptera and other classes in a wide range of crops like rice, cereals, corn, cotton, soybean, potato, tomatoes, fruits, vegetables, coffee, cocoa etc.
