Agro Division- Self Propelled Mixers

Lince - Horizontal Self Propelled Single Augers

The self-propelled horizontal mixer adds to the advantages of the trailed horizontal mixer  as it is completely autonomous, doing away with the need for a tractor for moving or loading.

Self-Propelled Mixer

A self-propelled mixer like TATOMA’s flagship model SUPERBMIX MBS-30 is something truly new on the mixer market. Due to its high capacity and efficiency, very few mixer wagon manufacturers in Europe have accepted the challenge of designing, manufacturing, and testing a machine of this size and characteristics, and only very large farms can truly see the benefits and economic savings of using this versatile tool. When fed to cattle, this extremely homogeneous mixture produced instantly improves their milk production and health. The machine is designed to process and dispense between 200 and 240 mix rations in just a few minutes.

Agro Division- Trailed Feed Mixers

Bravo - Single Auger Horizontal Mixer

Our trailed horizontal mixer has a mixing and chopping system that has evolved over the years to achieve optimum performance. Operating basically on a central axis on which two hollow spirals are mounted which move from the ends to the centre of the axis. This mixing system ensures product movement both lengthwise and crosswise, while avoiding excessive compression of the ingredients, obtaining a  fluffy and homogenous mix. The two beaters mounted on the  interior wall of the tub that perform a circular motion, ensure better product flow. This system ensures greater homogeneity of the mixture,  more regular chopping and reduced mixing time. In turn, the working concept of the machine reduces the risk of breakage due to the absence of mechanical moving parts and traction, as the auger is powered by direct transmission from the tractor.

Agro Division-Stationary Feeding Plant

Single Auger Horizontal Static Plant

Tatoma designs static turnkey feeding plants using its range of mixers and other components. Static plants with a single auger static mixer  are based on a MT mixing system, consisting of a central axis on which two hollow spirals are  mounted, which travel from end to end to the centre of the axis. This mixing system ensures product movement both lengthwise and crosswise, while avoiding excessive compression of the ingredients, obtaining a  fluffy and homogenous mix. Beaters mounted on the  inner wall of the tub perform a circular motion, which ensures better product flow. The electronic ignition system protects the machine motor from surging at start-up.

Double Auger Horizontal Static Plant

Tatoma designs static turnkey feeding plants using its range of mixers and other components. The two augers rotate in opposite directions toward the centre of the tub, causing the ingredients to flow both lengthwise and crosswise. We recommend placing the tub on an  inclined plane to strengthen the movement by gravity and thus achieve a more homogeneous mixture without crushing the ingredients. At the same time there is a saving in energy consumption. This system performs the mixing in a very short time, which means low power consumption. The electronic ignition system protects the machine motor from surging at start-up.

Agro Division-Straw Choppers

Straw Choppers

The EM model chopping system has a roller with blades and a control system that prevents the entry of the product which avoids it jamming at the entrance of the turbine and allows it to be chopped and then distributed both as straw and silage. This model is used for the distribution of straw for bedding and feed silage. Our straw choppers are designed in a compact and robust fashion to ensure durability.

Poultry Straw Chopper

The chopping system of the D model consists of a turbine with blades surrounded by a grid that acts as a sieve. Inside it is a hammer system that  guarantees  more uniform and better chopping. This model is designed for use in poultry farms and is only recommended for dry straw. Optionally,  a roller with blades can be fitted for additional chopping (Model DM). Our straw choppers are designed in a compact and robust fashion to ensure durability. All models are equipped with a rectangular box with a chain and crossbar system at the bottom which brings the bale towards the chopping system at an adjustable speed. All models have two speeds that determine the extent of the discharge.

Agro Division - Distribution System

Truck

The delivery truck is designed for the distribution of feedstock that is normally used in agricultural and livestock facilities. This is an ideal complement to stationary feeding plants or for the transfer of products to facilities from a distribution centre. The box is designed to fit the truck chassis and is equipped with several weighing cells, which transmit their signal to a scale whose display is located in the cab, allowing direct, continuous control of the quantity discharged at all times. In the one-compartment truck, the box is equipped with a moving bottom that unloads onto a transversal belt located at the rear and that evacuates the products through one or two side doors.
