A compact machine, derived from much experience in the field of transplanting. Easy to use, it has a high output without the need for frequent maintenance. Suitable for growers looking for performance without sacrificing flexibility. Up to 12 transplanting heads; output: approx 1200 plugs/hour per head. Computer controlled for accuracy and versatility, it can transplant from virtually any plug tray into almost any pot or pack configuration. Trays can be fed lengthways or widthways through the machine to increase the transplanting options. Programming for different trays is achieved by entering the tray dimensions into the computer memory. The memory can be recalled at the touch of a button.

Ideal for medium and larger size growers. These models have pickup heads parallel to the conveyor belt. The pickup head trolley unit runs on dual parallel rails, which allows for robust and accurate operation. Multiples are self-managed by the machine, which can pick-up and place using several trays at the same time. When the placing tray dimension does not allow the use of all the fingers, this is displayed by the computer and the redundant heads are parked to one side. The main operating parameters, such as the working speed, planting depth, pick-up height, and the change from the "standard pick-up" mode to the "side pick-up" mode can be adjusted while the machine is operating, thus making fine-tuning for the operating conditions very easy.

The « J » models have been studied together with the major manufacturers of pot-fillers, to be able to place plugs into pots or packs directly on the transport system of the pot-filler. They can be connected and integrated to pot fillers with linear pot-track system or round caroussel. The transplanters can be configured from 2 up to 16 heads, depending on the model of the pot-filler. It is possible to place up to 7 plants into the same pot. Pickup can take place from several plug trays at the same time, allowing complete emptying. The main operating parameters, such as the working speed, planting depth, pick-up height, and the change from the "standard pick-up" mode to the "side pick-up" mode, can be adjusted while the machine is operating, thus making fine-tuning for the operating conditions very easy. Individually motorized gripping heads, available in two sizes (30mm or 50mm) and easily interchangeable.
