Groundnut Decorticator shells the groundnut into husks and kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are separated out. After process there are 3 outlets where you get pure red kernel, 5% split kernel, and about 5% unshelled groundnuts.

Castorseed Decorticator shells the Castorseed into husks and kernels. Husks are thrown away by built in air blower and castorseeds are screened to separate whole kernels. First crushing: During first crushing more steam heating is required. The residual oil content in the pre-pressed cake is about 12%-15%. After first crushing cake of about 10 mm thickness is sent to the second expeller machine where the second crushing takes place. You get about 80% oil during first crushing.

Crushes 120 Kg sugarcane in 1 Hour giving 300 + Glasses of juice each of 200 ml. Juice is extracted completely in single crushing. Second crushing not required. Very compact, can be moved from one place to another easily. Very efficient, sturdy and noiseless. Very simple and easy to operate, even a child can easily operate it. Runs on single phase, so can be used anywhere. (Where there is electric connection). No open parts as in traditional sugarcane crushers. So, contamination from flies and dust is avoided. No maintenance required except regular cleaning. Very easy to clean. Just pour 2 glasses of water at sugarcane inlet and machine is cleaned.
