Heron - Grain Sampling System
HERON Standard has an operating radius of 2900 mm. Swinging up/down drive gearmotor controlled through a variable frequency drive (VFD) for torque boost and integrated dumper bottom detection. Vacuum intake with grain-to-air ratio adjustment. VFDcontrolled swivel drive gearmotor. 3 kW (380V) vacuum turbine at the foot of the sampler for conveying distances up to 60 m; or at the sample receiver end for greater distances. Electric enclosure on the sampler pillar.
Heron Gyroscopic - Grain Sampling System
HERON Gyroscopic style offers operating ranges with 3300mm, 4100 mm, or 5000 mm radius. Swinging up/down drive gearmotor controlled through a variable frequency drive (VFD) for torque boost and integrated dumper bottom detection. Vacuum intake with grain-to-air ratio adjustment. VFDcontrolled swivel drive gearmotor. 3 kW (380V) vacuum turbine at the foot of the sampler for conveying distances up to 60 m; or at the sample receiver end for greater distances. Electric enclosure on the sampler pillar. Cycloburo-type sample receiver station with 10 litres sample retainer and with an air-pulse cleaned filter sleeve for integral recovery of all particles. Compact wired push-button control box as standard equipment, large control panel optional. Sample intake through monotube probe (direct vacuum intake) or twin-walled probe (coresampling style).
COBRA - Grain Sampling System
Smoothness, precision, safety, and speed, with the additional benefit of a coverage of the entire length of the trailer. COBRA features the same technical, mechanical, and electronic specifications as Heron 4000. Its design using a carriage travelling along a gantry rail allows total coverage of long vehicles. It thus meets highest international standards: NF EN ISO 24333 (2010-02). TPLG can offer solutions spanning much longer effective travel distances (30 m and more) to cover even the longest vehicle trains. Surplus material recirculation back into the trailer (or any other location of your choice). All our grain samplers can be fitted with this option which saves time and minimizes handling operations.

Cobra Premium - Grain Sampler

Cobra features the same technical, mechanical, and electronic specifications as Heron 4000 Premium (i.e. 1.1 kW up/down drive gearmotor, 0.25 kW swivel drive and 0.75 kW longitudinal drive gearmotor along the rail). With a carriage travelling along a gantry rail, its design allows this sampler to cover the entire length even of long vehicles. In this way, it meets highest international standards.
Cameleon - Grain Sampler
A purpose-built sampler specially designed for rail cars and tanker trucks: vertical, accurate, and powerful sampling! This is the choice of many specialized clients around the world. Of course, Cameleon can also be used on any other type of vehicle. The principle of longitudinal travel along a rail is identical to that of the Cobra 4000; the vertical upward and downward movement of the probe is transmitted through a chain wrapping around rollers and powered by a 0.37 kW gearmotor. Samples are taken along a straight line only, along the same axis.
Bulkpecker - Grain Sampler
A sampler for the future! Change your ways and improve your results. Simple, fast, efficient! This sampler operates according to the same principle as the Cameleon, but its rail spans across the trailer. With the vehicle moving ahead in stop-and-go fashion as instructed by the operator, through the use of a red/green traffic light,it will thus be able to cover the entire load area of the trailer in both the vertical and longitudinal axis, and thus to meet ISO standards, in a very cost-efficient manner, however long the vehicle or train may be.
This kind of control of the forward movement of the vehicle is common practice in many other environments, such as grain loading, cement factories, asphalt loading stations, etc. A new way to work, that can largely improve your results in terms of repesentative sampling in the most cost-efficient manner.
