Trac Vac products

The Model 385 Trac Vac is another one of Palmor products full line of lawn vacuum systems. No special hitching mechanism is needed with the model 385 and it attaches to the tractor with a single hitch pin. With Trac Vac`s quick-connect chute to the mower deck, set-up and storage are accomplished in next to no time at all. The spring-loaded top assembly lifts quickly out of the way allowing you to easily dump the 44 gallon Rubbermaid container anywhere: pick-up truck, composter, or trash pile.

The Model 682 comes standard with a 6.5HP Briggs and Stratton Intek I/C engine powering the air turbine for maximum air flow and pickup efficiency of grass clippings, leaves and light litter. The engine features throttle control, stop switch, ball bearing on the PTO side, electronic ignition, oil dip stick and low tone muffler. Optional engines include the Briggs and Stratton 6.5 HP Intek Pro, Kohler CS 6HP, and Honda 5.5HP engines.

Both units are made of an all steel construction with four rows of 3/16" spring steel tines. The hitch pin mount design can be towed behind without de-thatching by placing the lift handle in the transport position. Thatch is an accumulation of dead leaves, stems and roots in a tight organic layer over the soil surface.

The Model 462-Z Trac Vac is designed for the zero-turn mower, the Model 462-Z is fully mounted, working as one with the mower, offering maneuverability around trees, flower beds and other obstacles. The frame is designed to allow for additional clearance for off-loading and is heavily designed for intensive use.

The Model 565-CKG was designed for the new stand on riders. Where performance and maneuverability are a must the 565-CKG sweeps the competition. The Model 565-CKG is powered by a 6HP Kohler Command CS engine featuring: overhead valve design and splash lubrication for maximum power-torque-and reliability, electronic ignition, throttle control, and shut off switch. The 6HP engine/blower assembly mounts directly to the frame of your stand on rider allowing both to work as a single unit. Handling around trees, shrubs, flower beds and other obstacles is excellent. The engine assembly has an 8" intake to reduce the chance of clogging. The 44 gallon Rubbermaid trashcan mounts directly over the deck, and is tough enough to handle the everyday abuse of commercial mowing.

The Trac Vac Model 662 is a rigid mounted vacuum designed to mount on a standard category `1` 3-pt. hitch. The Model 662 is supported by the stabilizer arms on the three point to free lift arms for raising and lowering the mowing deck. The dual 44 gallon containers offer intermediate capacity needs. The 662 comes standard with 8` intake to reduce the chances of clogging.
