The machine is being operated by only one person. The steering of the machine, the cuttingheight and the tray-filling-proces are all completely automated !

To remove rotten sprouts before sizing the sprouts, as well as to remove leafs, sprouttops and oversize from the sample  ,Tumoba has developed this pre-sorter. In this way, the good sprouts contaminate less with rotten sprouts further down the grading-proces.This machine is therefore positioned at the entrance of the sprouts into the grading-line.

The Tumoba sprouts sizing machine will sort your crop according to size. The machine is characterised by accuracy and working speed. The measuring system is mechanical adjustable. The uninterupted working of the rollers guarantees the greatest possible accuracy. The machine is very crop-friendly. Much care has been given to fall breaking wherever a fall of the crop cannot be avoided. The speeds of all components are perfectly in tune with each other and fully adjustable electronically in case this is necessary. Our product range comprises sizing machines of varying capacities, catering for every possible need. The machines are characterised by their low-noise operation and long service life. after the in-feed to the machine, conveyor belts carry the crops to their destinations: the sorted sprouts to the packing unit or optical grader, the waste is ejected.

Harvest lettuce or andive by lifting the beds (and crops) to an easy working height. Tumoba can build a range of machines to lift one or more beds. Lifting 10 or 12 pallet trailer without soil-damage in wet conditions and fitting packing machinery are possible. Improving the working conditions in the field will result in a better performance.

The Tumoba ST1 is a static model with a single stripping head Pre-cut stalks of sprouts are hand-fed but first into the opened strippingknives. The operator then releases the stalk and gripping wheels pull it through the knives. The buttons and leaves are stripped from the stalk and separated. The stalk passes through the machine and it deposited at the rear of the machine. A stalk chopper is available as an optional attachment. Choice of electric or Hydraulic operation.

The Tumoba SP2 (3&4) are harvesters designed to enable the larger sproutgrower to obtain high output and minimise labour requirements, whilst protecting the condition of the soil, even under the most adverse conditions.

Pack your vegetables in the field using Tumoba`s tracked mobile packingstation. You will save labour and transportcosts and do less damage to the vegetables. As a result of the shorter routings the products will be fresher. Also improved working conditions in the field will contribute to a better performance.
