These models are designed to be towed behind a tractor. Depending on the model, the power to drive the drum can be taken from the tractor-PTO, or self driven by an engine on-board.

Frontier`s new `pusher` design eliminates the need for a creeper-gear tractor. Connected to your tractor only so you can steer, the turner`s on-board engine controls the forward motion.

A new addition to Frontier`s range of windrow turners, the M-Series is a lighter, simpler, version of the F-Series. Self-propelled and 4x4 as standard, the M-Series is not supplied with the self-trailing option.

Frontier`s line of self-propelled windrow turners come equipped with air-conditioned cabs and hydraulic planetary wheel-drives with built-in brakes. The drum is belt-driven which is reliable, efficient and provides for minimal maintenance for the long life of the machine. It has an `auto-tensioning` belt-adjusting system.
