The automatic dibbling machine with pins NI is suggested to dibble the soil of containers intended for sowing, transplanting or cutting. The dibbler plate, tailor-made according to customer needs, is easy to replace thanks to the sliding support guides and the dibbling depth is easily adjusted with a simple crank. It can be used both as a stand-alone machine and inserted in a working line thanks to the conveyor belt feed system.

The ESTREA automatic plug depopper makes it easier to remove the seedling from the tray. The depopper plate pins push from the bottom upwards directly on individual plants, eliminating friction with the sides of the container. The seedling is extracted with the plug intact, avoiding damage to the stem and roots. Once extracted, it can be more easily transplanted by hand into another container or used directly with automatic transplanters in the open field, as in the case of vegetables.

The CIMA rotary blade trimmer is suitable for cutting soft-leaved plants such as vegetables, tobacco. This machine is equipped with an automatic system to collect the cut part, both to ensure maximum efficiency of the machine during its use and for possible reuse of the waste, especially for aromatic herbs. The trimming height and working speed of the blades are adjustable according to requirements; it’s equipped with a conveyor belt feed system, which allows  to use CIMA as both stand-alone machines and as part of a working line. All its parts can be inspected: this allows thorough cleaning after use and easy access to components in case of maintenance. CIMA is also equipped with automatic locking devices allowing it to be used in complete safety by the operator.

The CIMALD automatic trimmer with double blade is recommended for trimming seedlings with semi-woody stems, such as some aromatic herbs (rosemary, bay leaves, etc.) or ornamental plants (roses, shrubs, etc.).
