Milking Parlours for Cattle

Van dinther - Model Rapid Excellent - Rapid Exit Milking Parlour

The Rapid Excellent is an advanced side-by-side Rapid Exit milking parlour, a proven concept for good and reliable milking. Characteristic is its solid, robust construction. The breast barriers move vertically upwards by means of an electro-hydraulic system and do not swing forward and therefore allows the cows to exit the milking parlour simultaneously via the broad exit lane.

Van dinther - Model Compact - Rapid Exit Milking Parlour

This rapid exit milking parlour is characterised by its simple, but very robust self-supporting construction. Due to its pneumatic controls, it is an economically attractive milking parlour. Despite its low overall height, this milking parlour has a more than sufficient passage height. Thanks to a modular construction system, it can be installed quickly in both new or renovated buildings. The cows enter this milking parlour one after the other. As soon as cow number one has placed itself in the first position, a space opens up, so that cow number two can place itself in the second one, etc.  The short walking lines contribute to a high quick-change capacity.

Van dinther - Model Master - Quick-Change Milking Parlour

The Master quick-change milking parlour designed by us is a side-by-side milking parlour, characterised by its robust front gate, which moves completely vertically upward when changing. Due to the exit being at the front of the milking parlour, the construction requires only little space, and is suitable for use in both new and existing milking parlours. The construction is composed of uprights and beams from the IPE-series, ensuring a robust self-supporting construction from which also the central frame is suspended. Therefore, it constitutes no obstacle during milking.

Van dinther - Model Premium - Quick-Change Milking Parlour

This quick-change milking parlour is a milking parlour of which the fencing pivots up 72 degrees while changing, so that a broad exit path is created. This should give the cows enough space to exit the milking parlour calmly and seamlessly. The entire construction consists of a framework to which the breast barrier has been attached by using a heavy hinge sleeve, resulting in a robust milking parlour that can also be installed in situations in which the walls are less stable. This is allowed by the ingenious portal frame which reduces the forces on the floor.

Van dinther - Model Prestige - Quick-Change Milking Parlour

The Prestige milking parlour is an economically attractive quick-change milking parlour with a high milking capacity which takes up a limited amount of space. The milking parlour is available both with electric and pneumatic controls, and in any desired number of positions. This milking parlour can be used in both new and renovated buildings. The quick changeover yields a high milking capacity. The steel construction is simple, but robust.

Milking Parlours for Goats

Van dinther - Model Comfort - Goat- Or Sheep Milking Parlour

Due to increasing demand for concentrated feed provision in the milking parlour, the Comfort milking parlour for goats or sheep has been developed in cooperation with experienced goat farmers. This milking parlour meets, in addition to the well-known Classic and Footloose milking parlours, all the current requirements for goat or sheep farming.

Van dinther - Model Footloose - Goat- Or Sheep Milking Parlour

The Footloose goat or sheep milking parlour is a rapid-exit milking parlour. Its structure is a self-supporting frame, with a ground support after every 7 stalls. The goats or sheep enter the milking parlour one after the other. As soon as the first goat takes its place in the first position, the entrance to the second position opens, etc. Because of its self-supporting structure, the Footloose gives the milker a clear overview of the milking parlour. The plastic panels can be cleaned easily and effectively. The panels are also sound-absorbing, creating a pleasant working environment for the milker.

Livestock Driving Systems

Van dinther - Model Auto Mate - Heavy-Duty Crowd Gate

The Van Dinther Auto Mate crowd gate is a heavy-duty crowd gate, characterised by its solid construction, which is available in any desired size. The scoop-action crowd gate ensures that cattle are driven to the milking parlour in a smooth, powerful, and livestock-friendly way. The Auto Mate crowd gate has been designed for frequent and intensive use in larger dairy businesses, which place high demands on a smooth and efficient flow into the milking parlour. In the waiting area tracks are placed which, depending on the configuration, are placed on truss consoles or on fencing. A heavy-duty drive chain is positioned in these guide tracks, on which the crowd gate will move. The movement is achieved by an air engine or a hydraulic unit, which ensures a smooth and powerful movement of the fencing, also suitable for use in sloping waiting areas.

Van dinther - Model Easy Mate - Crowd Gate

The Easy Mate is a reliable and solid crowd gate, provided with smooth hydraulic controls. An Easy Mate crowd gate provides years of efficient livestock driving and significantly reduces labour. The Easy Mate crowd gate has been designed for intensive use in medium-sized and large dairy businesses, where reliability and working convenience is important. The Easy Mate makes possible a smooth and constant filling of the milking parlour. Because of its low and compact design, it is suitable for installation in existing situations and during renovations.

Van dinther - Model Verti Mate - Vertically Crowd Gate

The robust and heavy-duty crowd gate has been designed for intensive use in medium-sized dairy business. Although the vertically upwards moving under-fence needs more upper space, it does not swing backwards. This gives cows standing behind the crowd gate more space and ensures they do not have to stand back during the upwards movement. This allows a more effective use of the waiting area. The Verti Mate makes working in production groups even easier. Because the fencing moves vertically upwards the next group is not subjected to hindrance from the fencing swinging backwards.
