The Varicon Aqua automated continuous rotifer system for marine hatcheries are made with industrial grade components and has been designed to function optimally by using concentrated algae pastes as the primary feed substrate. The system can operate with combinations of feed substrate including formulated diets, however the use of higher percentages of concentrated algae will prolong the periods of trouble-free, continuous operation with lower labour input.

The Varicon Aqua compact automated continuous rotifer system has been designed with industrial grade components to ensure the highest quality build. The HDRS functions optimally using concentrated algae pastes as the primary feed substrate but can operate with a combination of feed substrates including formulated diets. This system is perfectly sized for the production of rotifers for feeding for instance Zebrafish in a research setting or for product testing and development of rotifer feed products. The system can be monitored remotely from your phone, tablet, or computer.

The Varicon Aqua Concentrator-A ( or C-A ) has been designed with the highest industrial grade components to ensure a durable quality build. All materials are tested and tried to withstand the corrosive environment found in marine hatcheries. The harvester is fitted with a woven 316L stainless steel mesh which incorporates a dual air curtain diffuser system designed to accelerate the passage of waste from hatching and enrichment through the screen while maintain a high harvesting and rinsing flow rate.

The Varicon Aqua (Concentrator-R or C-R)  has been designed with the highest industrial grade components to ensure a durable quality build. All materials are tested and tried to withstand the corrosive environment found in marine hatcheries. The harvester is fitted with a woven 316L stainless steel mesh which incorporates a dual air curtain diffuser system designed to accelerate the passage of detritus through the screen while maintain a high liquid flow rate. The C-R is adapted for either pump or gravity harvesting, rinsing and concentrating rotifers.
